Weekly Activities: Monday April 22nd- Friday April 26th
Monday April 22nd- Happy Easter to all of our friends at Conestoga Lodge! Join us upstairs in the third floor café for muffin Monday followed by an energizing exercise class at 10:45. After lunch, there will be two shopping trips to Stanley Park Mall at 1:15 and 1:45. Sign up in the green binder by the front desk if you would like to come along!
Tuesday April 23rd- Every Tuesday morning we challenge our minds with a big game of Giant crosswords accompanied by freshly baked cookies! Meet us in the 3rd floor café at 9:30! At 10:45 head downstairs to the 1st floor activity room for SMART exercise class to get your body moving. In the afternoon we will be enjoying a delicious chocolate therapy surprise at 2:00 followed by Maze Runner at 3:00 in the 3rd floor Café. There will be visits from our canine friends at 5:45!
Wednesday April 24th- Wednesdays are for word search races! Come to the 3rd floor café to race the morning away or to enjoy a delicious scone. Come down to the 1st floor chapel for a church service at 10:30. In the afternoon we will be knitting the afternoon away starting at 1:30 in the 3rd floor café followed by Dog visits at 5:45 and Tea and Tales at 7:00.
Thursday April 25th- Every Thursday morning we come around with our travelling tuck cart for your convenience. We sell everything from chocolate bars to bars of soap. At 10:45 head to the 1st floor activity room to get in the groove with SMART exercise class. After lunch we will have a visit from the Kitchener Public Library for your reading needs followed by Bluegrass Café at 2:30. Bingo will begin at 3:00 in the 1st floor Activity Room.
Friday April 26th- Solve the problems of the world with us at our weekly newspaper reading in the third floor café at 9:15. At 10:30, make your way to the 1st floor chapel for a catholic Church service with St. Joseph’s church. In the afternoon we will be playing a card game called Solo at 1:30 followed by SMART exercises at 2:15. Enjoy your weekend everyone!
