Weekly Activities: Monday June 3rd to Friday June 7th
Monday June 3rd – Happy June everyone! Today we will be having freshly baked muffins at 9:30 in the 3rd floor café. At 10:45 head to the 1st floor activity room for an energizing exercise class. In the afternoon we will be enjoying a film at 1:00 in the 3rd floor café followed by two trips to Stanley Park Mall. You can sign your name in the green binder by the front desk if you would like to come along!
Tuesday June 4th- Every Tuesday Conestoga Lodge holds a big game of Giant Crosswords! Meet us in the 3rd floor café to play or enjoy a freshly baked cookie. At 10:45 get your body moving with SMART exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. In the afternoon we will be celebrating all of the June birthdays at Conestoga Lodge. All are welcome to join us at 2:00 in the Dining room for Musical entertainment with Bill Speer, and some delicious birthday cake. At 5:45 we will be enjoying visits from our fluffy dog friends.
Wednesday June 5th- Wednesdays are for word searching! Make your way to the 3rd floor café to search the morning away or to enjoy a tasty scone. At 10:30, there will be a church service in the 1st floor chapel. At 1:30, we will be knitting and chatting for the remainder of the afternoon. You do not need to knit to join in on the fun. In the evening we will have visits form our wonderful dog friends at 5:45. At 7:00 make your way to the Café for Tea and Tales.
Thursday June 6th- Every Thursday we make our way around the building with our travelling tuck cart with goodies for sale starting at 9:30. At 10:45, get moving with SMART exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. If you would like to order KFC for lunch today, please sign your name in the green binder by the front desk. KFC lunch will take place in the 3rd floor café at 11:45. At 2:00 we will be making something fun at crafty corners. Come on up to the 3rd floor café to see what we will be making. At 6:30 we will be having musical entertainment in the dining room with The Country Boys! Yee Haw!
Friday June 7th- Come and solve the problems of the world at our weekly newspaper reading and discussion. We will bring the coffee and donuts! At 10:30 make your way to the 1st floor chapel for a Catholic church service. After lunch we will be playing a game of Solo in the 3rd floor café followed by SMART exercises at 2:15.
