Weekly Activities: Monday July 8th – Friday July 12th

Monday July 8th- Join us upstairs in the 3rd floor café at 9:30 for muffin Monday! Get your body grooving with exercise class at 10:45. After lunch, get pampered with a manicure in the 3rd floor activity office, or come along for an afternoon stroll and some beautiful sunshine!

Tuesday July 9th- Every Tuesday morning Conestoga Lodge plays a big game of Giant crossword puzzles! Join in on the fun or enjoy a freshly baked cookie. At 10:45, get energized with SMART exercises in the 1st floor activity room. At 2:00 we will be making a summer craft followed by dog visits after dinner!

Wednesday July 10th- Word search the morning away starting at 9:30 in the 1st floor café accompanied by a freshly baked scone! At 10:30, make your way to the 1st floor chapel for a church service. After lunch we will be meeting with our Sit- n- knit group! You do not need to knit to join in on the fun and good conversation.

Thursday July 11th- Every Thursday morning, we come around with the travelling tuck cart with goodies for sale! We sell everything from soap to chocolate bars. At 10:45, get your body moving with SMART exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. After lunch we will all get together for a game of indoor lawn darts at 2:00 followed by bingo at 3:00!

Friday July 12th- Come and solve the problems of the world at our newspaper reading and discussion! We will bring the donuts and coffee! At 10:30, there will be a Catholic church service in the chapel. After lunch make your way to the Café to play a game of Solo, or head to the 1st floor lounge to play a game of Wii bowling. Wind down the day with a energizing SMART exercise class in the 1st floor activity room.
