Weekly Activities : Monday August 5th – Friday August 9th

Monday August 5th- We hope everyone is enjoying the Civic Holiday ! There will be a film in the 3rd floor café at 1:00.

Tuesday August 6th- Join us in the 3rd floor café for a fresh cookie or a game of Giant Crossword puzzles! At 10:45 get your body moving with SMART exercises. After lunch Helen Stephens will be in for a sing-a-long on the piano followed by visits from our doggy friends at 5:45!

Wednesday August 7th- Wednesdays are for Word Search Races at Conestoga Lodge! Join us in the 3rd floor café to search the morning away or to enjoy a freshly baked scone. At 10:30 meet in the 1st floor chapel for a church service. After lunch we will knit the afternoon away! You do not need to knit to come and enjoy some good conversation in the café.

Thursday August 8th- Every Thursday morning the Conestoga Lodge tuck cart comes door to door with goodies for sale! We have everything from potato chips to tissues. At 10:45 get energized with SMART exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. You are invited to our August birthday party! Join us in the dining room at 2:00 to celebrate. Musical entertainment will be with Mel Kitchen. Bingo will be held in the 1st floor activity room at 3:00.

Friday August 9th- Come and solve the problems of the world at our newspaper reading and discussion. We will bring the coffee and donuts! At 10:00 MP Raj Saini will be in for a meet and greet! Join us in the 3rd floor café to chat with him. At 10:30 head to the 1st floor chapel for a Catholic Service. There will be 2 shopping trips at 1:15 and 1:45. We will be headed to Sunrise Walmart. At 2:15 wind down your day with SMART exercises before heading straight in to the weekend!
