Weekly Activities: Monday July 22nd to Friday July 26th

Monday July 22nd- Join us in the 3rd floor café at 9:30 for Muffin Monday! At 10:45 get your body moving at exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. There will be 2 shopping trips to Sunrise Plaza Walmart at 1:15 and 1:45, or enjoy a movie in the 3rd floor Café!

Tuesday July 23rd- Come on up to the 3rd floor café to enjoy freshly baked cookies and a game of Giant Crosswords! At 10:45, get energized in the first floor activity room for SMART exercises. At 2:00 celebrate all of the July birthdays at our birthday party! Musical entertainment will be with Wyatt Ladd. At 5:45 we will have visits from our friendly dog friends!

Wednesday July 24th- Wednesdays are for Word Search Races! Join us in the 3rd floor café to search the morning away or enjoy a fresh scone. At 10:30, make your way to the chapel for a church service. After lunch we will be getting together with our knitting group! If you are not a knitter you are more than welcome to sit and chat with us. At 2:30 we will be headed out for an afternoon walk!

Thursday July 25th- Every Thursday morning we come around with our travelling tuck cart! We sell everything from chocolate to shampoo. At 10:45 get moving with SMART exercises. After lunch the Kitchener Public Library will be here for all of your reading needs. You do not need a library card to take out a book or movie. At 2:30 we will enjoy drinks on the patio, followed by wii games or bingo at 3:00.

Friday July 26th- Come and solve the problems of the world at our weekly newspaper reading and discussion. At 10:30 make your way to the 1st floor chapel for a Catholic service. Manicures will be held in the 3rd floor activity office at 1:30 followed by wii bowling at 1:30 or SMART exercises at 2:15!
