Weekly Activities: Monday July 26th – Friday August 2nd

Monday July 29th- Join us in the 3rd floor café at 9:30 for Muffin Monday! At 10:45 get your body moving at exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. There will be 2 shopping trips to Stanley Park Mall at 1:15 and 1:45, or enjoy a movie in the 3rd floor Café!

Tuesday July 30th- Come on up to the 3rd floor café to enjoy freshly baked cookies and a game of Giant Crosswords! At 10:45, get energized in the first floor activity room for SMART exercises. After lunch join us in the dining room for Jamming with Greg on the guitar at 2:00 followed by manicures at 3:00. Our doggy friends will be in for a visit at 5:45!

Wednesday July 31st- Wednesdays are for Word Search Races! Join us in the 3rd floor café to search the morning away or enjoy a fresh scone. At 10:30, make your way to the chapel for a church service. After lunch we will be getting together with our knitting group! If you are not a knitter you are more than welcome to sit and chat with us. We will head out for an afternoon walk at 2:30.

Thursday August 1st- Every Thursday morning we come around with our travelling tuck cart! We sell everything from chocolate to shampoo. At 10:45 get moving with SMART exercises. At 2:00 we will be providing a waxing service for all of our ladies in the activity office followed by Maze runner at 3:00. We will also be having our resident food meeting at 3:00 in the 3rd floor café.

Friday August 2nd – Come and solve the problems of the world at our weekly newspaper reading and discussion. At 10:30 make your way to the 1st floor chapel for a Catholic service.  A game of Solo will be held in the 3rd floor café at 1:30 followed by wii bowling at 1:30 or SMART exercises at 2:15!
