Weekly Activities: Monday September 16th – Friday September 20th

Monday September 16th- Join us upstairs in the 3rd floor Café for Muffin Monday at 9:30! At 10:45 make your way to the 1st floor activity room for an energizing exercise class! After lunch, make your way to the 3rd floor café for Movie Monday! There will be two shopping trips to Sunrise Walmart at 1:15 and 1:45! Please sign up in the green binder by the front desk if you would like to come along.

Tuesday September 17th-  Every Tuesday morning at Conestoga Lodge we play a big game of Giant Crossword Puzzles in the Café! Join us at 9:30 to play or enjoy a fresh cookie. At 10:45 make your way to the 1st floor activity room for SMART exercise class to get your body moving. At 2:00 join us in the dining room for Jamming with Greg or enjoy a visit from our furry dog friends at 5:45!

Wednesday September 18th- Wednesdays are for Word Searches at Conestoga Lodge! Join us in the 3rd floor Café at 9:30 to play or enjoy a fresh scone. At 10:30 make your way to the Chapel for a church service with Ken Loukas. After lunch we will knit the afternoon away followed by our Resident Forum Meeting at 3:00.

Thursday September 19th- Every Thursday morning the travelling tuck cart comes door to door with toiletries and goodies for sale! At 10:45 make your way to the 1st floor Activity Room for SMART exercise class. At 2:00 meet us in the dining room for musical entertainment with Paul Schalm followed by bingo at 3:00!

Friday September 20th- Come and solve the problems of the word at our weekly newspaper reading! We will bring the coffee and donuts. At 10:30, join us in the Chapel for a Catholic church service. After lunch we will be playing a big game of wii bowling in the 1st floor lounge followed by SMART exercises at 2:15! Have a great weekend!
