Weekly Activities: Monday September 30th- Friday October

Monday September 30th- Join us upstairs in the 3rd floor Café for Muffin Monday! At 10:45 get your body moving with an energizing exercise class in the 1st floor activity room. After lunch we will be playing a movie in the 3rd floor Café! There will be two shopping trips to Dollarama at 1:15 and 1:45!

Tuesday October 1st- Every Tuesday at Conestoga Lodge we meet in the 3rd floor Café at 9:30 for a big game of Giant Crosswords! There will be fresh cookies for all to enjoy. At 10:45 make your way to the 1st floor Activity Room for SMART exercises. At 12:00 we will be making a trip to the Landmark theater to see Downton Abbey! Sign up in the green binder by the front desk to come along! Helen Stephens will be in at 2:00 for a Sing-a-long followed by dog visits at 5:45!

Wednesday October 2nd- Wednesdays are for Word Search Races and freshly baked scones! Meet in the 3rd floor Café at 9:30 to search the morning away! At 10:30 head to the Chapel for a church service with Calvin Presbyterian Church. At 1:30 make your way to the 3rd floor Café to Sit-N-Knit , or make a fall craft at 2:45! Tea and Tales will take place at 7:00 in the Café!

Thursday October 3rd- Every Thursday morning the Traveling tuck cart comes door to door! We sell everything from chocolate bars to shampoo. At 10:45 move your body at SMART exercise class. At 2:00 join us in the Café for our October Birthday Celebration! Kim Atkins will be in for musical entertainment! At 3:00 make your way to the Activity room for bingo! Oktoberfest dancers, and Country Boys will be in for some evening entertainment!

Friday October 4th- Solve the problems of the world at our weekly newspaper reading and discussion! At 10:30 head to the Chapel for a Catholic Church service. Adult Coloring will take place in the Café after lunch followed by SMART exercise class at 2:15.
