Weekly Activities: Tuesday October 15th- Friday October 18th

Tuesday October 15th- We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend! Every Tuesday morning at Conestoga Lodge we like to start off the day with a big game of Giant Crossword puzzles at 9:30 in the 3rd floor café. There will be fresh cookies to enjoy! At 10:45 make your way to the 1st floor Activity Room for SMART exercises to energize the body. At 2:00 Peter Baumann will be in for an Oktoberfest celebration! We hope you love to chicken dance! Pet visits will take place at 5:45.

Wednesday October 16th- Wednesdays are for word searches! Join us in the 3rd floor café to search the morning away followed by a church service with Ken Loukas in the 1st floor chapel at 10:30. After lunch we will meet in the 3rd floor café for our Sit-N- Knit program. you do not have to be a knitter to join in on the fun! At 3:00 we will test our minds will a “Smaller Than a Breadbox Game.” At 7:00 make your way to the café for inspiring stories and a cup of tea!

Thursday October 17th- Today is Breast Cancer Awareness Day at Conestoga Lodge. Ribbons and cupcakes will be for sale for donation in the front lobby after lunch. At 9:30 we will be coming door to door with our Travelling tuck cart! We sell snacks and toiletries for your convenience. At 10:45 get your body moving with SMART exercises. At 2:00 Paul Schalm will be in for musical entertainment followed by Bingo at 3:00!

Friday October 18th- Come and solve the problems of the world at our weekly newspaper reading at 9:15 in the 3rd floor café. We will bring the coffee and donuts! At 10:30 make your way to the 1st floor Chapel for a Catholic church service. After lunch we will play a big game of carpet darts, followed by SMART exercises in the 1st floor Activity Room at 2:15!
