Ho Ho Ho and Happy December to all of our wonderful residents and families!

We are excited about all of the Christmas and holiday programs to come this month. The annual Conestoga Lodge Resident Christmas Party will take place on December 7th at 7:00 pm. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this party will be for residents only. There will be music, hor d’oeuvres, performances from the resident choir, and door prizes to be won! We cant wait to spread holiday cheer and celebrate with everyone.
For those who love Christmas lights, we will be headed to “The Gift of Lights” driving tour at Bingemans. There will be two dates to go and see the beautiful lights. Sign up in the green binder by the front desk if you would like to attend!

For those who can’t get enough of Christmas music you are in for a treat! Mixology Quartet, John Pebble, Paul Schalm, and Bill Speer will all be in to entertain throughout the month. We will also be having weekly Christmas Choir practices for those who love to sing carols and hymns. See the calendar for the dates and details!

The Conestoga Lodge Christmas Parade will take place at 10:30 am on December 22! Stay in your room and open your door to see Santa, and all of the Christmas floats! Santa will be bringing treats for all of the wonderful residents.

Stay tuned for Christmas crafts, 12 Days of Christmas Bingo, Stocking Stuffer Stumper and more Christmas games! We will be playing a Christmas movie every Monday at 1:00 in the Activity Room.

For those who want to do some Christmas shopping, there will be trips to Giant Tiger and Stanley Park Mall. Sign up in the green binder by the front desk if you would like to attend. Our monthly lunch bunch will be headed to Mel’s Diner. Exquisite boutique will also be coming in on December 6th to sell some clothing and wares.

The Girlfriends Show will be in to dazzle the residents with their spectacular Christmas performance. Young performers will be singing, dancing, and sporting some fantastic costumes. This is a show you definitely wont want to miss this holiday season. We can’t wait to see everyone there!

There will be a New Year party at 2:15 on December 31. We can’t wait to ring in the new year with everyone!

Weekly exercises, church services, trivia and coffee hours will continue throughout the month.
