February Activities 2023

There is only a couple of days until the little groundhog predicts our next 6 weeks of weather. The way things are going I am hoping for an early spring. We will be having some ground hog day fun, learning about the history of Groundhog Day, as well as some trivia. Join us in the Activity Room Thursday Feb 2nd to participate.

We will be celebrating Valentine’s with a variety of activities. Christine from Two Hands Clay will be coming in to make heart bowls for Valentine’s Day! You will be able to paint your bowl before Christine takes it to be fired in her kiln. Once the bowls are finished, she will bring them back to Conestoga Lodge. There is room for 12 people to participate so be sure to sign up in the green binder by the front desk! We will also be having a Valentine’s Day party on February 14th in the dining room. Susie will be in to sing some of your favorite love songs!

We will be having a pancake lunch on Pancake Tuesday! Pancake Tuesday falls on February 21st, 2023. There will also be a Mardi Gras party with Derek Byrne at 2:15! Special treats will be served to celebrate the occasion.
